amazing hotel with great service!

i really enjoyed my time here. the rooms were clean, i found all necessary hygienic kits provided. i enjoyed the view from the huge terrace and appreciated the available parking, even for bikes! the spa had an inner pool, hammam and a vapor bath and i found it all very relaxing.
I found i needed more hangers for clothes. The wardrobe only had six, not enough.

the staff were kind and helpful. i received a welcome drink voucher from the bar! irene at the front desk greeted me cheerfully and seemed patient in making my stay worthwhile, i'm really grateful.

breakfast was delicious and varied. i found halal choices available! the dining area was clean and well presented, i thought the food was just right. i found a small coffee shop right beside the hotel, very convenient.

the location was near the metro, it was easy and quick to get to most of the tourist spots. i walked to ralambla in just ten minutes, this was very convenient. bus service is within walking distance!

I found the staff kind. They helped me weigh my luggage. the location proved ideal for seeing the city. the beds offered great comfort, i got the restful sleep i needed.
The shower in my room had a design flaw causing water to spill into the bathroom. this made the floor slippery. A definite safety hazard. i think they should fix this.

i found my quadripple room spacious. the breakfast include a wide selection of foods and drinks. the location of the hotel was very central, with access to various attractions.
I observed the cleanliness in the room was not optimal. the provided towels was worn and had some fraying. This generated some noise.
